 IMPower Coaching's Process

Step 1

You email your resume to Robin as is, with a note about what type of jobs you’re applying for.

Step 2

Robin films a 5 minute Loom video for you, explaining the improvements you can make in your resume, along with a sample real life resume that got the person a call back.

Step 3

You decide if you want to have a go at editing your resume on your own, or asking Robin to help you by choosing one of her packages.

Step 4

You can schedule a free 20-30 minute Zoom session with Robin to discuss your needs, or if you’re ready then send her an email saying “Let’s do this. I’d like to do the payment plan.”

Step 5

After two Zoom sessions with Robin, you'll receive your finalised resume and cover letter so you can start applying for new jobs!

Step 6

OPTIONAL: If you choose, you can also purchase a practice interview session with Robin.

Who is Robin

Robin grew up in Arizona, and held Director roles in both the US and Australia, working for companies like IBM, American Express and Bank of America. As an HR Director, she did a lot of hiring. She married an Aussie 13 years ago and together they have a blended family with 3 kids.
